Payroll Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle the overall of payroll function such as processing wages, statutory contribution submission, payroll adjustments, queries and other payroll related matters.
- Follow up promptly on pending HR matters to ensure adhere with payroll processing procedure and cut-off date.
- Review attendance records and supporting documents to ensure the correct calculations of wages.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB to the respective statutory bodies.
- Maintain and update employee information such as new joiner, transfer, promotions and resignation are correct and properly managed.
- Check and maintain employee master file details, bank details, tax file numbers, deductions and other payroll information in the payroll system.
- Resolve payroll related queries from employee.
- To generate and issuance of letters such as Acceptance of Resignation, Termination Letter and others.
- Generate monthly payroll reporting.
- Undertake ad-hoc functions and other related duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Accounting or equivalent.
- 3-5 years working experience as Payroll Executive or in similar capacity.
- Familiar with Quick Pay payroll system and current Malaysia Labour and Industrial Law prevailing HR practices and legislation.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- An eye for details and is meticulous at all times with highly committed positive work attitude.
- Practice integrity and confidentiality.
- Good self-management and team player.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
