About the role:_**

As a Global Payroll Executive, you will be working hand in hand with the Payroll Manager and will be instrumental in managing and executing payroll processes for our employees in the UAE, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Egypt. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across these diverse jurisdictions, adhering to their respective local laws and tax regulations.

What you will be doing:_**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Stay updated with international payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax implications; implement necessary changes in payroll processes.
- Administer employee benefits, bonuses, and other payroll components in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Participate in payroll audits and assist with financial audits related to payroll.
- Support the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and software.
- Provide support for employee requests pertaining to salary certificates, income verification letters, and similar documentation, ensuring timely and accurate responses to facilitate their financial or personal requirements.

**_ To be successful in this role, you'll need:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in global payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of international payroll and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Greytip, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- High level of discretion and ethical approach to handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English
