Payroll Executive

Prepare Monthly EPF/SOCSO/EIS for all staff
- Prepare & Process Monthly Payroll for all staff
- Prepare Monthly Advance List for Security Guard & Submit to finance approval
- Prepare Weekly Timesheet & Attendance Report
- Prepare Merchantrade List & Submit to Finance for Payment Approval
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Verify timekeeping records and address any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting payroll processes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Facilitate payroll audits and resolve any compliance issues.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, EPF and SOCSO.
- Manage deductions and contributions related to employee benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and benefits administrators to ensure accurate benefit administration.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate payroll reports and provide insights to management as needed.
- Prepare payroll-related reports for internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- Help with payroll-related documentation and forms.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize payroll software and systems to process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Ensure the integrity and security of payroll systems and data.
- Collaborate with IT or software vendors to resolve system issues and implement upgrades or enhancements.
- Administer EA form for all employee as per LHDN requirement
Various ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the company from time to time.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
