Your responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Group Payroll Manager to ensure a smooth running of monthly staff payroll
- Working closely with HR personnel to obtain all the pay element to run the payroll process.

**Monthly payroll process**
- Liaising with internal HR team to obtain monthly pay elements
- Liaising with HR payroll provider to ensure monthly final pays are correctly calculated
- Preparing payroll review report for approval
- Preparing all the payment transaction and ensure staff are paid timely
- Preparing and posting monthly payroll journals
- Attending to staff queries in relation to their payment
- Attending and solving question from sales consultant in relation to their commission through bonus portal system

**Year-end annual reporting**
- Assist with the annual return submission to the relevant tax authorities
- Preparation of schedules as required by external auditors

**General Duties**
- Providing general support to Group Payroll Manager and wider finance team
- Liaise with key members of staff, building strong relationships. Maintaining procedures, manuals and other documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
