Senior Administration Executive

The main tasks are:

- Provide secretarial support to operational team.
- Be part of the secretarial committee and back-up each other when necessary
- Accountable for the launderette of the smock, on-time collection and delivery from supplier to ensure continuous supply of clean smock for the team.
- Manage the inventory of the ESD shoes, smock, show covers to ensure always available for the staff and visitors.
- Booking of flights and hotels for industrial director and support others in the team for their self-booking system
- Manage the calendar of Director and meeting arrangement.
- Writing and sending of memo or letter
- Collate information or reports from respective managers when needed.

About you: We are in a search for a colleague who:

- Has working experience in the field of Account Receivables/Sales Administration
- Has a Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Has a ‘can-do’ mentality: flexible, open minded, innovative
- Able to positively influence stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills.
- Good level of English is a must.
- Experienced in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Experienced in organizing events and coordination with multi-function.
- Good experience in flight and hotel bookings
- Good command of spoken and written English, ability to draft simple memo for broadcast communication.
- Resourceful in search for corporate gifts, event venue, event program, stationery and etc, with good negotiation skills with suppliers
- Good administrative skills to handle sub-contractor to handle the laundry of industrial smocks.
- Knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint is an advantage
