Client Success Executive

Own overall relationship with a portfolio of clients, which includes managing on
- boarding, implementation, client retention, high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services to the client
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders - Sales, Customer Support, Merchant and Development teams
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data while looking for ways to build on currently established practices
- Understand the business landscape (Good to have)
**Requirements**:
- You are pro-active. You have a “can-do” attitude. You take ownership of the tasks and clients assigned to you
- You have at least 2-5 year(s) experience in account/client management roles
- You have excellent sales experience and customer service skills
- You have excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- You are a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solver
- You have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration, mass communication,socialsciences or similar relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- Account management: 2 years (preferred)
- Client management: 2 years (required)
- SAaS: 2 years (preferred)
- IT Client Support: 2 years (preferred)
