**Requirement**:

- 8years of HR managerial experience, with experience in manufacturing industry & international exposure is highly preferred.
- Proactive character, attentive to details with good communication and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize and change management.
- Work independently, dynamic, and flexible, with ability to drive change in people topics.
- Highly adaptable with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent language fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Convinced with strong and clear communications skills
