Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
- To service retail outlet in merchandising, sales, stock check (expiry date), replenishment of products display and update accordingly for stock orders.
- Handles stores’ inventory levels and monitoring the sales performances of product.
- To execute sales and promotions, and during sampling activities.
- Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
- Analyzing sales figures, market trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns.
- Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends.
- Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of merchandising experience or retail in Supermarket or Hypermarket preferred
- Comfortable with data, analysis and deriving strategic decisions based on numbers
- Strong organizational and decision making skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic Salary + EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Petrol Allowance

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
