Open to junior B2B sales executive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential business clients through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative sales discussions with prospective clients to understand their leadership development requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our leadership training programs and services to decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that articulate the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with the internal team, including trainers, program coordinators, and customer success managers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of our leadership training programs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate training, leadership development, or related industries.
- Min 2 years of experience in B2B outdoor sales
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
