Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the restaurant team in delivering the great Sushi King experience to our customers
- Ensure all operating standards are adhered to; quality, service, cleanliness, and improve internal control measures
- Increase restaurant performance through sales building, evaluate and control expenditure, actively pursue cost saving measures
- Develop knowledge and insight of customers, community and trading area
- Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of restaurant team, able to train, coach, and develop team members
- Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety
- Eager to learn and grow, always ready to take up new challenges
**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Food Service/Culinary Arts / Business/Management / Economics or equivalent
- Strong interest and passion in running and leading a food & beverage business independently, possess entrepreneur mindset, result oriented and know how to set goals and work towards achieving it
- A natural leader, likes to work with people, good in coaching, growing others and motivating team members for better performance
- Good in planning and executing, resourceful and proactive in looking for solution when faced with challenges and opportunities
- Effective time management, delegation, ability to interpret financial data and derive action plans
- Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all levels, always ready to listen and learn from others
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
