Requirements
**Key Responsibilties**:
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
- Bookkeeping and reporting
- Payroll and claims
- Filing, submissions, grants processing (including but not limited to CPF, IRAS, MOM, GST)
- HR and administration matters
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales/Expenses/AR/AP/Profit and Loss reports and statements (after closing for each month)
- **Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).**:
- **Expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and handling of payroll and claims.**:
- **Experience in managing statutory filings and compliance with local regulations (CPF, IRAS, MOM, GST).**:
- **Skilled in processing quotations, invoices, and preparing financial reports related to Google Ads Credit, Facebook reports for Mediabuy.**:
- Ability to generate and present detailed sales, expenses, AR/AP, profit and loss reports, and financial statements monthly, ensuring reports are submitted by the second week of the following month.
- Proficient in creating financial reports for each business service and for individual account managers/consultants, as well as preparing sales collection reports for commission calculations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
