Human Resource Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assume a full spectrum of HR and administration responsibilities including payroll, recruitment and daily office administration.
- Prepare HR related correspondences and documentation in accordance to HR practices such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy etc.
- Check and verify all HR documents and handle all relevant issues pertaining payroll to meet statutory deadlines.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, staff medical claims and monthly expenses claims etc.
- Tabulate monthly reports i.e. incentives, commissions, overtime calculations etc.
- Handle foreign workers and expatriate related matters
- Ensure compliance to SOPs, ISO audits, workplace/hostel requirements.
- Assist on the overall group recruitment process, staff orientations and introductions.
- Ensure all employees’ details, personnel files and HR filing system are properly updated.
- Handle group insurance claims and processing
- Assist in other duties and related activities i.e. staff birthday celebrations, team building, training, annual dinner or any other company events as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Added advantage for those with manufacturing/retail industry experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office - Intermediate Excel required
- Familiar with Payroll software - Timesoft
- Independent, well-organized and able to adhere to deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful and responsible.
- Meticulous, detailed and good with calculations/figures.
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with own transportation.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
