**Qualifications & experience**
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
- Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
- Possess good teamwork and ability to work independently; be flexible; and have a positive attitude.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Send out an inquiry form to the supplier to order and purchase items and follow up on the purchase status.
- Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
- To monitor and carry out daily and monthly physical stock counts and report to immediate superior for variance with reason.
- Performing minor accounting: checking purchase invoices, purchase returns, and other purchase issues.
- Handling general administrative and clerical support including mailing, incoming calls, scanning, copying, and filing.
- Any other duties that assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
