Assumes a key role in guiding the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with technology and data architectural principles. Maintains a technical salesforce platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives and strategic goals.

What we ask
- 8+ years working experience and relevant track record working in multinationals in the field of IT
- A recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent, are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce platform administration and development
- Experience with managing senior management stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills: written and verbal

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce solution and modules with organizational goals.

Solution Design and Implementation
- Drive the design and implementation of sophisticated solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging advanced features and functionalities.
- Ensure the scalability, robustness, and security of implemented solutions.

Platform service delivery
- Validate technical design of new changes to commercial landscape.
- Validate test evidence and drive E2E testing.
- Safeguard standardization of solution (e.g. 80% standard template, 20% local OpCo needs)
