**About the Company**

To maintain very high standards of complete housekeeping service at the Residence regarding all aspects of the representational and non-representational activities on the premises.
- In consultation with Client, the Chef, and the maids, assist with all aspects of representational functions held at the Residence.
- To ensure that all cleaning and household chores are completed by the maid at a high standard of finishes to ensure the property is well maintained and comfortable.
- To attend to any faulty and malfunctioning in the Residence with solution at a swift speed.
- Manage with coordination maintenance, preservation, and management of important assets, including wines, books, furniture, paintings, landscapes not limited to.
- Fully manage and handle coordination of scheduling of service contractors along with Director’s Office.
- Supervise and train a team of maids for the general housekeeping, as well as Gardeners, Handymen, IT personal whichever applicable.
- Ensure all external parties fulfil their tasks given at the Residence.
- To work alongside with the Director Office in ensuring the Residence is always at a tip top condition.
- To perform errands for the Residence as and when required to always establish smooth operation if the Residence not limited to inventory items required by the Residence.
- Handles daily requirements of the family members.
- Perform all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**SUPERVISION**
- Supervision gardener, contractors, technician, workmen and all delivery personnel.
- Supervision of inventory of household items.
- Household maids.
- 2nd level supervision for drivers.

**Job Requirements**
- A flexible, hard worker and highly organized Butler with incredible detail and attentiveness who can work independently.

Have relevant and sufficient experience in coordination and scheduling of service contractors.
- Proficiency in planning, purchasing, and maintaining supplies and inventories.
- The Butler will be required to anticipate requirements, problem-solve and be a self-starter who can operate with limited supervision.
- Impeccable organizational and planning skill and have client
- relations skills.
- The ability to delegate activities and manage others professionally.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- An experienced Butler working within private households, chalets, villas, hotels and restaurants for small and large groups.
- Is discreet, professional, proactive and has good judgement.
- Have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Well-groomed and has leadership skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality and/or service industries is an advantage.
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday | Sundays off, after hours representational functions as and when needed

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
