**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and maintain business locally and regionally.
- Track and analyze sales statistics, including sales volume, market trends, and competitor activities, to identify areas of improvement and growth.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise with overseas distributors and agents to effectively communicate and align sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential markets and business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
