Finance/account Executive

**Location**:No 13 Jalan Keluli 7/109 Bukit Raja Business Park Seksyen 74000 Shah Alam
- To perform daily accounting operations, and assist in handling a full set of accounts and Bank Reconciliation.
- Independence, able to optimize current accounting flow.
- To assist company in setting up a strong financial database and system.
- To assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing, journal adjustment, and monthly reporting.
- Participate in company management meeting for company continuous improvement.
- Prepare payment vouchers & online banking payments, and liaise with the supplier, vendor, contractor, client about payment.
- To monitor and ensure that the tax returns are submitted to the IRB on or before the statutory due date.
- Perform supplier invoice checking and supplier reconciliation.
- To ensure that the tax computation and tax returns are prepared in accordance to the provision of the relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Obtain financial data from several sources such as daily sales reports, expense reports, and monthly statements
- To give full cooperation to any other tax matters arising/ tax queries raised by IRB including but not limited to tax audit and investigation.
- Responsible for maintenance of records, documentation, and filling to support all accounting entries.
- Assist company in developing company standard finance procedure summarizing progress and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Assist in inventory reports, cost analysis, and liaison with the auditor, company secretary tax, and bank.
- Assist in administrative duties, which may include employment verifications, benefits administration, background screening.
- Attend to ad hock request related to account executive scope of work by management from time to time.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
- Provide regular reports on client account status, including revenue trends, opportunities, and challenges.
