Responsibilities:
**1. Financial Data Management**:
Accurately and efficiently key in financial data (AP, AR, GL) into the company's accounting system.
Regularly update and maintain financial records to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure smooth month-end closing, including reconciliation.
**2. Financial Reporting**:
Generate standard financial reports on a monthly basis, presenting key financial metrics.
Prepare customized reports based on specific client or management requests.
**3. Expense Tracking**:
Monitor and track expenses, ensuring that they are recorded correctly and aligned with relevant projects.
Provide timely reports on expense trends and variances.
**4. Data Analysis**:
Utilize financial data to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for process improvement.
Work with the finance team to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
**5. Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all financial transactions.
**6. Payment Processing**:
Manage the end-to-end process of payment tasks, including verifying and processing invoices for payment.
Ensure payments are made on time and in accordance with vendor terms.
Knowledge on payroll processing is an advantage.
**7. Liaise with Auditor and Tax Authorities**:
Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
Prepare necessary documentation and schedules for audits and reviews.
Communicate with tax authorities, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferably with ACCA or related qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial data entry, financial reporting & data analysis, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
**Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.**
