**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Handle relevant spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, staff attendance, and monthly payroll.
- Ensures human resources policies, procedures, and programs are adhered to.
- To ensure smooth the efficient running of the HR department and handle office administrative duties
- Handle employees concern and issue, enforce company's employee handbook policy
- Handle full set of accounts and endure timely closure of management accounts.
- Performance of accounting, finance and administrative duties. Processing payments, monitoring operation and control of bank accounts.
- Preparation & Submission of EPF, PERKESO, LHDN & HRDF and preparation of letter, memo, offer letter, confirmation letter & etc.
- General finance bookkeeping and issuance of invoice.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (required)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (required)

- Bahasa (preferred)
