Human Resource Business Analyst

Collaborate with the Singapore HR team to assist in various HRIS activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism.
- Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and business needs
- Accurately input and update employee information in Workday
- Document Policies for the organization and update it regularly on company portal
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Efficiently organize and manage data to support various business functions.
- Generate reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular system checks to maintain data accuracy
- Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage.
- Assist in data entry and management within the Workday system.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving basic Workday-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong written & verbal communication with interpersonal skills
- Additional experience in Human Resources is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM4,200.00 per month
