Bpo Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including customer service representatives, technical support specialists, sales professionals, and more.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
- Certification in HR or talent acquisition
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
