**Main duties: -**

1. To assist HRM on the activities of the Human Resources: talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

2. To assist HRM on preparing and maintaining the Employee Handbook on a regular basis and ensure the clinic is in compliance with the Employment Act and HR policies are applied consistently.

3. To assist HRM on the clinic’s Recruitment and Selection Process and to maintain the lowest possible turn - over percentage in the local market.

4. To assist HRM on the recruitment, selection and employment of middle management and operative associates in conjunction with the Heads of Department.

5. To assist HRM on the monthly payroll and working along with the Payroll team (Commission, OT, attendance allowance).

6. To assist HRM on conducting research and propose competitive compensation/benefits/incentive package, conduct salary review using the compa-ratio method.

7. To assist HRM on ensuring Orientation Training in the area of in house policy and procedures.

8. To assist HRM on to review the job grading, job level and job class chart on an annual basis.

9. To assist HRM on maintaining each department’s organization chart and employee directory.

10. To assist HRM on coordinating and administering the employee performance appraisal system and succession planning.

11. To assist HRM on designing and implementing employee retention strategies.

12. To assist HRM to compile and implement the following employee communications:

- Employee Handbook
- Employee Meetings

13. To assist HRM to prepare the Human Resources Budget and Yearly Manpower Forecast.

14. To assist HRM with the co-ordination and implementation of all employee communications and committees.

15. To assist HRM on the counsel associates in career prospects, personal issues, job related issues, etc.

16. To respond to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company or clinic.

17. To perform any other task assigned by superior or persons assigned by him/her from time to time.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience preferred in the HR world and at least minimum 3years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act, HR rules and regulations and benefits schemes.
- Vast understanding and implementation of labor law, statutory act, employee act, compensation and benefits, employee relation and industrial relation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess with innovative mindset will an added advantage

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
