Job Scope

・Handle general HR & Office administration tasks

・Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating human resource policies and procedures

・Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job performance

・Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures

・Collaborate with the CEO to systematically manage the business’s HR policy

・Liaise with government authorities such as immigration and Labor Office

・Coordinate with other departments for the smooth running of the operations

・Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

・Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization

・Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping

・Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule

・Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO and CFO

Requirement

・Bachelor's degree

・At least 3 years working experience in relevant position

・MS office skill (Excel, Word)

・Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies.

・Driving license

**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
- Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving license (preferred)
