Mandarin Team Lead

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
4. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
5. Analyze customer service metrics and report on team performance to management.
6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
7. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep the team updated on new processes, policies, and product updates.
**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead preferably in a BPO setting or similar industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, as well as familiarity with video streaming platforms is preferred
**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
