Part-Time Call Centre Operator Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities: - Provide good customer service. - Perform outbound calls to customers on activation of accounts and promote Company's products and services. - Attend to customers' calls on accounts related matters. Requirements: -Minimum SPM qualification. -Cheerful, pleasant and possess good listening skills. -Working experience is not required. Those with working experience in a call centre environment will have an added advantage. - Conversant in English, Mandarin or Cantonese. - Possess basic computer knowledge. - Able to work on draw days i.e. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
