Account & Admin Assistant

**Position Overview**:
As an Account & Admin Assistant, you'll be integral to keeping our administrative and financial tasks running smoothly. You'll assist with accounts, data entry, and general administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of F&B-related financial transactions, including sales reports, inventory costs, and expenses.
- Work closely with the F&B management team to reconcile revenue and expense accounts.
- Assist in inventory management for F&B supplies and ingredients, including stocktaking and ordering.
- Provide administrative support to the F&B team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee-related administrative tasks.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least an SPM/LCCI/Diploma and above in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Responsible, honest, self-motivated and committed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
