**Responsibilities**:
Compile and analyze daily sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Keep track and update daily sales and booking results, providing real-time insights to the sales team. Prepare and analyze monthly sales forecast, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Analyze branches and dealers’ monthly sales performance to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies

Liaise with branches and dealers for sales and bookings related matters, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support. Collaborate with port customs for efficient customs clearance, ensuring a smooth import process for trucks.

Compile vehicle registration data and prepare market and states analysis reports to assist in strategic planning. Implement an efficient documentation and filing system for sales-related records. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and presentations as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirement**:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Studies Management / or equivalent

Individual with 1-2 years working experience in related field

**Technical Knowledge / Skills**:
Able to perform data and market analysis

Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)

Organized, analytical and meticulous

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

**People Knowledge / Skills**:
Effective Management Skills

Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills

Effective Presentation Skills
