WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Structure and pitch embedded solution to target customers across South East Asia region.
- Develop and execute strategies to support the company’s overall business plan in South East Asia.
- Execute and negotiate treaty agreements with strategic partners.
- Support the sourcing of partnership opportunities.
- Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to develop innovative insurance products relevant to the company’s target segments.
- Build new and deepen existing B2B client relationships by leveraging on the capability.
- Carry out negotiations with partners in introducing our platform solutions and suggest best tailored solutions to further benefit both parties.
- Analyse partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partners performance and effectiveness and drive growth.

**Requirements**:
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

- More than 5 years of experience in the retail or related industry.
- Strong writing and verbal negotiation communication skills.
- Results driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve with excellent time management skills.
- Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
