Receptionist Admin Assistant

Greet visitors and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the respective person.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Record all incoming and outgoing documents and liaise with dispatch on the internal/ external document/ parcel arrangement.
- Maintain hygiene & cleanliness of the reception area.
- Handle daily administrative activities, including reception duties.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
