Ipoh, Malaysia Polyware Sdn. Bhd. Full time

Responsible for purchasing of material for production, safety equipment and tools, component and accessories, trading items and any other items for the organization.
- Responsible to track orders and ensure external provider deliver on time.
- Coordinate between internal customers and external providers on the rejection of material and to record complaints from the other department and to solve complaint with the external providers.
- To ensure on transportation arrangement e.g. crane for machine/mould; transportation for material.
- Responsible to prepare monthly purchase order report, external provider performance report and any other purchasing related reports.
- To monitor stock inventory at an acceptable stock level, to avoid zero stock and place orders as needed.
- Involve for IQC checking for Accessories, Component and Packing Material.
- Involve in doing stock take and reconcile all not tally quantity and key in stock adjustment into ERP System.
- Involve to key in Goods Received Note, Stock Warehouse Transfer, Stock Shipment for ERP System upon absent of Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Operator.
- To ensure that practise according to department’s SOP and WI.
- Responsible for 5S activities in workplace.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work scope.
- To participate CITA activities and Company Event.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
