**Job Requirements:

- Possess a degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Civil & Structural engineering, particularly in building/bridge/prestressing projects.
- Capable of multitasking and working efficiently within tight work schedules.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Must demonstrate independence and possess excellent communication and leadership abilities.
