Sungai Buloh, Malaysia Fresh Cleancare Manufacturing Sdn Bhd Full time

Full spectrum of purchasing process including creates purchase order, liaise, monitor, follow up and expedite delivery with supplier.
- Maintain procurement records such as purchase, delivery, product quality performance and inventories.
- Prepare monthly sales report.
- Stock Allocation.
- To perform other related duties or ad hoc duties when assigned.
- Assist in daily administration work
- Maintain and update contact list
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents
- Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries
- Filling of documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as and when required by the management

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 - 2 year or above working experience as an administrative role
- Able to read, speak and write Bahasa & English.
- Good attitude and personality
- Independent and reliable

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
