High-Level Role Description:
As a Global Delivery Center (GDC) Agent for Cisco, you will provide exceptional customer support to Cisco customers, partners, and internal requestors. This role involves delivering high-value experiences through various contact channels and requires in-depth knowledge of Cisco’s entire portfolio of Hardware, Software, and Services. The role focuses on simplifying complex issues, ensuring positive interactions, and making decisions based on analytical insights.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate requirements into Cisco work
- Identify issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), troubleshoot, and translate customer needs into Cisco work
- Focus on resolving customer issues and providing proactive and predictive support
- Adhere to Cisco business and compliance rules, maintaining a high level of performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendor representatives for successful customer outcomes
- Drive process improvement and automation opportunities
- Share tacit knowledge gained through customer interactions with the team
