Provide level 1 IT Technical Helpdesk Support in ticket logging & resolutions.
- Prepare activity reports
- Taking ownership of created and assigned tickets and ensuring that they are resolved within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Provide status updates to users as appropriate.
- Performs any task assigned by their Operation Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Technology will be added advantage.
- Must have good command of spoken and written in English, and Malay language.
- Nearby public transport_
- Night Shift allowance provided._

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
