**Job Responsibility**:
- Take and receive all customer calls in a professional and courteous manner as well as providing advice and support.
- Log all calls into the ticketing system and entering details and accurate information into ticketing system.
- Take end to end responsibility of the logged requests and monitor work progress to achieve customer SLA.
- Provide first level troubleshooting to customer.
- Dispatch onsite support if required.
- Escalate cases to 3rd party vendor if required.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Generate daily and monthly reports based on customers’ requirements.
**Job Requirement**:
- Excellent communications in English & Malay
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Windows OS.
- Experience in retail field helpdesk support is an added advantage.
- Able to work in shift rotation
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
