To this end, we are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Executive who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hardware and software installation, configuration for users.
a) Place the machines for new user and reclaim the older machines, backup resigned employee hardware and delete related useless information immediately and validate the machine and peripheral equipment.
b) Setup / Upgrade new version OS, Software, and update Service Pack.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software. Basic networking knowledge would be an advantage.
- Protect the company data security, prevent the loss of important company data.
- Level 1 or Level 2 Support: Printer, Computers, Wi-Fi, Software ERP, Telephone System (VoIP).
- Independent and able to work well under pressure.
- Support end-users on MS Office, OS and Remote Access Support basic LAN/WAN administration.
- Setup professional game design and develop software.
- To log all work and service into the Company’s helpdesk system.
- Update IT documentation & asset management.
- Responsible for all incident / request ticket raised in Fresh service are attended and close promptly based on the SLA.
**Qualifications**:
- College Degree or above in Computer or relevant fields.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Helpdesk related working experiences in multinational companies preferred.
- Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows Client systems-based configuration and administration preferred.
- Knowledge of web development skills or database or source code would be an advantage
- Good service ATTITUDE, self-motivated, adaptable, can work under pressure.
- Good written and oral English. Mandarin would be adding an advantage.
