Helpdesk Admin Executive

1) Main role to assist welcome call handling (calling will be done by call centre)
2) Handling of welcome call listing with data sorting, dedupe, filtering before sharing with call centre
3) Follow up the welcome call status with call centre
4) Escalation of observation to bank partners, if necessary
5) Attend to welcome call request raised by bank partners
6) Monitor and compilation of welcome call status report
7) Preparation of welcome call review in power point
8) Able to read write English and mandarin (listen to audio recording and translate welcome call script)
9) Other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree
- Must be able to read and write in Mandarin and English.
- Good in Microsoft office and Excel.
- Open for Malaysian only.
Location : reachable by public transport
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- helpdesk/call centre: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
