**Our client is International Banking Industry.**
- The Technology Service Desk acts as a 1st Level of support in relation to the required services within the Service Management environment.
- The Technology Service Analyst role supports the respective functional teams and provides expertise and assistance to ensure effective services are provided by Service Desk.
- The main tasks of the Service Desk are Desktop End Users Support, analyzing issues, supporting the resolution of issues and conflicts and preparing reports.
- Provide technical support to IT Infrastructure, Applications and End Users.
- Coordinate all issues IT Project Management, Administration and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for daily operations of IT Infrastructure and Applications.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in information technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk.
- Good attitude and personality
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work in Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
