**Entry Level**

Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferred
Role
We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a SDR, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for SleekFlow. A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Product team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle our sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses
- Developing and managing relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in Malaysia
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
- Support our inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients
- Involve in our International Market Expansion
- Work with our sales teams, customer support, partnership and training team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil and oversee the market launch project
- Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value
**Requirements**:
- Outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
- Extensive experience selling to customers in Malaysia
- Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
- Previous Experience in a startup is preferred
- Welcome Fresh Graduate
Desired Skills
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
- CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong customer references
- Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
