**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations for customers and receive sales orders/ POs
- Provide internal sales support to HQ including confirmations of sales, delivery orders and others sales related requirements
- Providing customer support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Knowledgeable and experienced in computer software, hardware and IT are preferred
- Work closely with the Sale Manager to ensure alignment of promotions and products
- Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional customer experience and service
- Understanding customers' needs and provide appropriate customization laptop or desktop solutions
- Build and maintain good relationship with the customers to increase repeat business.
- Any ad-hoc Administrative duties and tasks assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (advantage).
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge/experience in IT/PC troubleshooting is an added advantage.
- 5 working days per week
