**~Job Responsibilities~**
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Become and remain knowledgeable about Social Media products and community standards
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team

**~Job Requirements~**
- **Fresh Graduates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply**:

- **Must have TOPIK L6, L5, certification of Korean language school or experience working 5 years in Korea.**:

- Flexible in shifting schedule
- Possesses professional customer service, solutions mindset, multi-tasking skills; passion for customers, and ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience
- Ability to follow processes and collaborate effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of Social Media platforms as well as Computer operations

**~Working hours~**

・7am to 11pm (Mon-Sun) working shift.

**Salary**: From RM5,500.00 per month
