- Payroll management and administration for both local employees and expatriates; Employees benefits administration and monitoring; Assist in overall day-to-day HR operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsible in handling payroll ie. to ensure payroll records are updated, processed timely and correctly. Payment of payroll for local and expat staff for all business units are made on time. Liaising with payroll vendor as well as to ensure that all government regulations on payroll related matters are complied with.

2. Responsible in handling expatriates individual tax related issues; to ensure timely and accurate tax submission and payment.

3. Employee insurance administration, ensuring employees records are updated and processed timely and correctly. Liaising with insurance agents with regards to employees insurance benefits related matters.

5. Staff loan interest subsidy administration; ensure subsidize amount is in accordance with company policy.

6. Timely submission of internal and external reports.

7. Assist in annual Vendor Performance Assessment exercise.

8. Assist in annual remuneration survey and others benefits related survey as and when as required.

10. Assist in preparing statutory reporting for submission to respective statutory bodies.

11. Day to day administration and maintenance of staff filing.

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**

1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or related discipline

2. Minimum 3 years of working experiences in HR or Administration.

3. Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

4. Customer oriented, good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
