**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize staff training, promotion, transfer and dismissal procedures.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA From and filling of Form E.
- Responsible for company administration work.
- Organize team building activities, festivals and annual dinner, etc.
- Responsible for leasing and office maintenance including repair activities, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources and administration.
- Good communication skills both written and oral; English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (daily communication using mandarin).
- Well Verse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
- Working Knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Strong recruitment ability and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Possess good knowledge of foreign worker recruitment process and permit renewal.

- 负责租赁和办公室维护,包括维修活动,与供应商和服务提供商联系。
- 处理上级临时交办的其他事项。

**工作要求:**
- 至少拥有大专人力资源/商业或其他同等学历。
- 熟悉外国员工招聘流程和签证更新。
- 至少3年人力资源和行政管理经验。
- 拥有良好的英语,华语和马来语的书面和口头沟通能力。(需使用华语区进行日常沟通)。
- 精通Microsoft Office (Excel, Word和Powerpoint)。
- 需拥有劳工法令、劳资关系以及其他相法律规定的知识。
- 较强的招聘能力和完善人才获取策略的能力。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
