Job Description
- Ensure procurement procedures and policy are adhered.
- Actively review current supplier listing, sourcing new supplier.
- Checking and verifying shipping documents, match invoices and DO/GRN
- Checking pending voucher and issues account voucher by the system
- Checking SOA with import partners
- Prepare the weekly input record and monitoring for the PR/PO/GRN/Voucher Monitoring
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
- At least Diploma Or Bachelor’s Degree holder (in Mathematics / Statistics / Logistics) or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to work independently.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay.
- Excellence prioritizing skill to manage complex job tasks.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
