**Position**: Customer Service Executive
**Location **:Jalan Chan Sow Lin
**Working Hours **:24hours rotational / 2 days off rotational
**Salary**: RM2,300 + Shift Allowance + Parking Allowance + KPI Allowance
**Contract **:6 months (Renewable based on performance)
- Monitor and respond to the alarm signals within service level targets.
- Handle Inbound/Outbound call bilingually and effectively.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers on alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.
- Assign out all jobs requested by customer to respective departments for further action.
- Based on customer feedback, identify the probles trends and highlight to Superior for further discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
- Highlight non-SOP compliance incidents to Team Leaders for corrective and preventive actions.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma and Degree Certificate in any feild
- Required Language(s): Very Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- 1 year experience in Customer Service will be advantage.
- Fresh graduate will good communication skill is welcome to apply
- Training will be provided; fast learner
- Able to start work immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 per month
