**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to assist Managing Director/Lab Manager in activity related to sales/marketing and customer communication whilst maintaining a smooth office administration related activities.
- To adhere to relevant requirements for customer and administration related activities according to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- To assist in achieving yearly business forecast figure & monthly sales target.
- To ensure participation of tender & quotations not less than 4 times yearly business forecast figure.
- To arrange meetings and presentation to potential new clients to introduce company’s range of service.
- To negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints.
- To handle enquiries from new and existing customer including preparation of company registration, quotation, tender and any commercial clarification.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in any field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, meet dealine schedule and outside office hours.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and long hours at site
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Willing to travel when required
