**Responsibilities**:

- Provide complete information about the product to the customers
- Provide the best possible solutions to the queries of customers
- Process orders in a timely manner
- Attend to Customers complaints and solve all product or services related issues to the customers
- Generate Monthly Report by collecting and analysing information provided by customers
- Perform any other duties as and when required by the Superior

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Studies, Communication or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Energetic & possess excellent communication skills

**- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
