**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, configuration, and usage of the system and equipment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- 与客户保持紧密联系,理解他们的需求和期望
- 提供高水平的客户支持,解答客户疑问,解决问题并确保客户的满意度
- 与内部团队沟通, 以满足客户期望并保持项目顺利
- 快速响应客户的问题和反馈,寻找解决方案并协调相关团队的支持
- 记录并报告任何客户问题,确保问题得到及时解决
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (roles requires to liaise with Hong Kong clients)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to evolving technologies.
- SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encourage to apply. Full training provided.
- Able to work on 24 hours rotational shifts (Morning shift, Afternoon shift and Night Shift). 5 working days a week.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
