Admin & Account Assistant

1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
2. Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
4. Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel,
schedules appointments, and assists clients and other visitors.
5. Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
6. Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues
as needed.
7. Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality
and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
8. Maintaining customer payment records
**Requirements**:
- 1. Good written and verbal communication skills
2. Excellent computer skills, especially typing
3. Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
4. Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and
improve filing systems
