We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. As our office admin, you are required to be

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer oriented
- Conduct daily scheduling for technicians
- Provide administrative support and collaborate with sales team
- Able to multitasking
- To coordinated various administrative services such as quotation, sales order, invoices data updating, records filling.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaint
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
- Good attendance and punctuality is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (AutoCount etc.)
- Good interpersonal, writing skill & Communication Skill (English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin)
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
